Equipment function:

 This equipment is a dry double-width sanding belt combination machine. It is mainly used to achieve surface deburring, 

scratch removal, wire drawing, deoxidation, polishing and other processing of metal plates.

1. Equipment combination: wide sand belt + universal roller brush single + Polishing wheel or multiple combination structure

2. Equipment function: pre-grinding, drawing, polishing, scratching, deburring, chamfering, etc. for laser cutting, shearing, punching, cutting, plasma cutting

3. Processing width of equipment: 800mm、1000mm、1350mm 、1600mm (Optional according to workpiece requirements）

4. Processing thickness of equipment: 1-80 mm

5. Feeding speed :0.5-11 m/min( variable frequency adjustable)

The conveying system uses rubber rollers and conveyor beds to clamp and feed materials.

For workpieces larger than 280mm, tooling-free through-type processing can be achieved.

Special workpieces can be processed with matching tooling.

Conveying speed 0.5-11m/min frequency conversion speed regulation.
